Some of the major changes included:
- Handle auth code more carefully, and fail more reliably if it is missing. Thanks to Reuben Thomas for the bug reports and suggestions.

Version 0.5 of snake-steak has been released. You can download it here.
Fix release creation, handle update of URLs that don’t exist gracefully and other improvements, plus tested against the latest Freshmeat JSON API.
Some of the major changes included:
- Fix usage message typo.
- Give the correct HTTP method used in debug and error messages.
- Use POST for creating new releases.
- Automatically create URLs when setting the url for a ‘label’ that doesn’t exist yet.

Some of the major changes included:
- Fix a couple of documentation typos reported by mjl.
- Updating urls requires using PUT.
- Fix handling of 200 OK return codes.
- Dcoument the url update command.
Released snake-steak 0.3 (2009/06/14)
Version 0.3 of snake-steak has been released. You can download it here.
Add API to manipulate project urls, improvements to command line interface, code cleanups.
Some of the major changes included:
- New update command to update urls, still experimental and can’t test it because the documented api doesn’t seem to work right now.
- Fix naming conventions, add docstrings, and other PEP 8 and pylint fixes.
- Debug infrastructure. Fix auth code loading.
- Don’t load authcode from ~/.fm_auth_code at module loading time.
- Better usage messages.
- Allow release tags, and read changelog from stdin.
- Convert to Unix newlines! (doh!)
